John suddenly and peacefully passed away aged 72, in the University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff.
Beloved husband of Barbara, loving dad of Lara & Matthew, & Papa John to Dylan & Lydia.
John you will be forever loved and missed.
Service will take place at Thornhill Crematorium, Wenallt Chapel on Tuesday 24 February at 10.30am.
Family flowers only.
Donations in lieu of flowers will be shared between The Welsh Ambulance Service Charity and the RSPCA and can be given at the time of service.
