Sincere thanks to the Kirklees Council Short term and Urgent Support Home Care Team, the Community Nurses, Doctors and Nurses at HRI and Dr. Gujral for all their wonderful care given to Rita. Special thanks are also extended to Fr. Chris at St. Patrick's Catholic Church for his pastoral care and comforting Service and to McNulty Funeral Service for their caring and professional arrangements.
