Elspeth / EssiePRIDDISIt is with great sadness to announce that Essie aged 87 years passed away unexpectedly at home
on Monday 8th December 2025.
A much loved wife to Keith, a treasured mum to Linda, Jonathan and Ann, a devoted grandma Essie to
Megan, Ella, Rhyanne, Ellis, Jack and James and a special great-grandma to Ruby and Romy.
Essie was also a dear sister, auntie, mother-in-law, a good friend to many and will be missed by all who knew her.
A service to celebrate the life of Essie will be held at Grimsby Crematorium on Friday 16th January at 11.15am.
By request family flowers only, but donations in memory of Essie can be made to
St Andrew's Hospice.
A donation box will be available on the day.
