Special thanks to Liz and all at Smallprint, to the staff at M&Co (McKays) and to the emergency teams who strove to save Maxine's life. To the midwives, doctors and health personnel who have assisted Bjorn and his family. Also to all who donated to the Baby Bjorn Trust fund. Rest In Peace our brightest star.
