JanePOLLITTFormerly from Swinton and Bolton, passed away peacefully at home on Anglesey North Wales on the 26th October 2018. Loving Wife, Mum, Nana, Nana Jane, Sister and Auntie. Jane will be sadly missed by her loving family and friends. Funeral service will be held at Agecroft Crematorium on Friday 16th November 2018 at 3.00pm.
