Raymond HenryPHELPSPeacefully, while in the care of Diana Princess Of Wales Hospital Grimsby, with his loving Wife by his side, Ray, aged 82 years, sadly passed away.

Devoted Husband of Jackie.

Cherished Father of Louise, Lee and Paul.

Treasured Grandpa of Abbie, Lola, Daisy and Louie, Great-Grandpa of Ralph and Ruby.

Ray was a good friend to many and will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

A service to celebrate Ray’s life will be held at St Peters Church Humberston, on Tuesday 3rd June at 10:30. A private family committal will be held at Humberston Cemetery at 11:30. The family would like to invite you all to meet them at the Kings Hall Cleethorpes DN35 0AJ, for refreshments and to share more memories of Ray.

Family flowers only please. Donations may be made in Ray’s memory to Dementia Awareness UK, a donations box for this chosen charity will be available outside the church after the service, the option to donate online is also available, on funeralnotices.com.
