Peacefully at Glan Clwyd Hospital, aged 69 years, with her sister holding her hand and her family surrounding her, and of Maes Owen, Bodelwyddan.
Beloved wife of the late Ron Perry, loving mother and mother-in-law to Jo and Lee, Nicola and Peter, treasured nanny of Hannah, Freya, Max and Eleanor, very proud grandma of Arthur and Emrys and dear sister and sister-in-law of Lavinia and David, Nikki and the late Chris.
Funeral Service will be held at Denbighshire Memorial Park & Crematorium, St. Asaph on Monday, 1st December at 12 noon.
Donations, if desired, in lieu of flowers will be gratefully received towards MIND.
