John HerbertPERKINPassed away at home in Edinburgh on October 22, 2022 after a long illness, John aged 79 years, formerly of Forda, North Petherwin, Launceston, Cornwall. Beloved husband of Grace. Dad to Nicola and Andrew. Father in law to Stuart and Suzanne. Fun Grandad to Ben, Dylan, Keira and Teya. Funeral at Warriston Crematorium, Cloister Chapel, Edinburgh on November 4 at 2.30pm, followed at a later date by a Celebration of Life service in Cornwall.
