Howard MelynPENNINGTONPeacefully surrounded by love, Howard, went HOME after an illness borne with great dignity to be with his Lord and his late son Barrie. Howard was a devoted husband for 55 years to Gail, a loving father to Wayne, Barrie & Jayne, Father in law to Amanda and a doting Grandfather to both his Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. Howard will be missed by all that knew him, he was a gentle giant. Howard will be resting at James Summers Funeral Home, Newport Road Cardiff. Celebration service to be held on 26th April 2019 at 2.30pm at Rumney Chapel, Wentlloog Rd, Rumney, Cardiff, followed by cremation at Wenallt Chapel Thornhill Crematorium for 4.15pm. Family flowers only, donations in lieu to either WaterAid or Sightaid which were both close to Howard's heart, via a retiring collection at the church/crematorium. The family has requested that black is not necessary.
