RoyPENGELLYPassed peacefully away at the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital on Saturday 20th May 2023, aged 91 years. Loving husband of the late Valerie, much loved Dad of Kelvin and daughter-in-law Sue, loving grandfather of Paul and great-grandfather of Peter and Millie. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. A service to celebrate Roy's life will be held at East Devon Crematorium, Whimple on Monday 12th June 2023 at 1:45pm.
