Linda MayPEETIt is with the deepest sadness and regret that we inform you that (Sophia) Linda May Peet, lately of Ponsanooth, Cornwall unexpectedly departed this mortal coil at home on Thursday 29th January 2026.
Talented Artist, Iconographer extraordinaire (Linda painted the full Iconostasis in the Greek Orthodox Church in Cornwall) and intrepid dancer, she will be sorely missed by all her family and friends. Such a fiercely independent and determined woman has passed, but remains forever in our hearts.
Linda's funeral will take place at the Greek Orthodox Church of Archangel and Holy Piran, Laity Moor, Ponsanooth on Wednesday 18th February at 12 noon, followed by interment at The Glebe Cemetery, Penryn.
