Would family and friends please meet for a celebration of Pat's life on Monday May 16th at Tynemouth Crematorium at 1.30pm. Family flowers only, Donations if so desired to Marie Curie. Pat didn't like to wear formal clothes, So the family would like for you all with her in your thoughts to wear none formal clothing. Forever in our hearts.
