GeorgePATTERSON(Slatyford) - Suddenly in hospital on 21st July. Aged 72 years. George (Geordie). Beloved Husband of Jeanee. Also, a dearly loved Dad, Father-in-law, Grandad, Brother and Uncle. Geordie will be dearly missed. Cremation at the West Road Crematorium on Tuesday 9th August at 2.15pm. Friends, please meet at the Crematorium. Family flowers only please donations in lieu of flowers to Cancer Research UK. All welcome back to the Westerhope Golf Club for refreshments. It was 36 years ago when I last saw Geordie. He left a mark in my heart when he stood up for a woman who 12 of us were bullying because she was posh. Geordie said you should all be ashamed of yourselves for ganging up on the woman, leave her be. Just thought I would let people know that, as this is the first time in the 36 years that I have googled him. Although I often wondered how he was doing. Really sorry to hear of his passing. May he rest in peace. I remember Jean.
