Jay is deeply missed by his wife Kirsty, brothers Chad and Elliot, Mum Tracey, Dad Mark and Step Mum Sue, Sisters in law Lizzie and Madison and niece Betsie Iris. Jay will live on in his beautiful children, Mason, Millie, Morgan, Mathew and Marleigh and will remain in our hearts forever.
