PARKINSON- SAMANTHA. Richard would like to express his sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the many kind expressions of sympathy and letters and cards of condolence received during his sad loss. Thanking also Mr. Eddie Joyce for his kind words and all who attended the funeral service and have given donations for Macmillan Cancer Support. They would also like to express their appreciation to the Doctors and Nurses of the Critical Care Department, Royal Blackburn Hospital and all staff of the Emporium, Clitheroe for the refreshments.
