ShaunPARKINShaun died peacefully at Prince of Wales Hospice, Pontefract on the 5th of August surrounded by his loving family.
A loving Husband, Dad, Son, Grandad and friend to many who leaves big hole in many hearts.
Shaun's service will be held at Rotherham Crematorium on Thursday 20th August at 3.30pm and afterwards a celebration of his life at Roundwood Golf and social club.
Donations are being collected for Prince of Wales Hospice who couldn't have done more for the family.
