The obituary notice of Sylvia Patricia PALMER (Née Hunt)

Grandma, since your passing I have found it difficult to put in to words my deepest appreciation for you and everything you meant to me. Of the protective love, support and guidance you have shown me and my family throughout my childhood and adult life.
I will always be thankful for the memories we made together at Frogmore. The bonfire nights sat on the hay bails, eating hot dogs and watching the bonfire. The times you would pick Jon and I up from primary school and take us back to Frogmore. Enjoying the afternoons of fun inside and games outside until Mum came to pick us up.
My fondest memory will be hearing your voice saying “cooeeee” and the enjoyment and excitement that sound would bring knowing it was you walking through the door. I love you and will miss you lots. Finally, after the long wait, enjoy your time you now have with Grandad walking hand in hand together forever x

It’s the end of the Hunt era….I have so many memories of visiting you at Frogmore. Lots of happy memories of the wonderful house you brought to life and your beautiful family, which included many four legged family members. A visit was always such a treat as you were the perfect hostess. Whilst we didn’t visit very often, I always admired your grace and finesse. Beautiful inside & out, you will be missed so much by everyone who knew you. Rest in peace my beautiful cousin, until we meet again. Enjoy Aunty Lil’s trifles once again!
