Heather Pack aged 73 years, formerly of Skelmanthorpe and Kirkburton, the dearly loved mum of Mark and Natalie, mother in law of Leisha and Paul, a dear and devoted nanny of Sydney, India, Kyran, Taylor, Frankie and Tilly Bear, also a dearly loved sister, sister in law, auntie and friend to many.
Will friends please meet for service at Grenoside Crematorium South Chapel at 11.30am on Tuesday 28th January.
Family flowers only by request donations in lieu of flowers if so desired would be appreciated for Huntingtons Disease Association for which a donation plate will be provided at the service.
