TammyOWENSuddenly passed away on Sunday 18th January at her home in Abercrave.
Much loved mother to Daniel, beloved daughter to William and the late Roseanna, cherished mamo to Carter and Hallie, dearly loved sister to Melissa and Mark.
Tammy will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
Funeral service will be held at
Swansea Crematorium on
Wednesday 11th February at 12:30pm.
