aged 53 years Lisa
dearly beloved partner of Simon,
much loved mam of Jack and Charlotte,
treasured nan of Mikey,
also dearly loved daughter and friend of many.
Lisa will be forever missed and loved always.
Would family and friends please meet for Funeral Service on Thursday 4th December at Saltwell Crematorium at 1:00pm.
