James FrancisORRELLBeloved husband and father who died at the Royal Derby Hospital on Monday 13th January 2025.

A Requiem Mass of Thanksgiving to be held at St Mary's Catholic Church, Bridge Gate, Derby on Friday 14th February at 1:00pm, followed by a private family committal at Markeaton Crematorium.

If desired donations for the Padley Group, Derby may be left at the service.

He was born elegant, and born -gently kind, a wry sense of humour and delighting wit!
And so, having fulfilled his singular ambition to be a barrister-
eventually a Judge- of course he did, after all, what else, this was
James F Orrell- after all !
Everyone should have a James O in their life, and Margaret, his deliciously talented wife,set it all out- for the boys and them all, what a wonderful life to have had - we will miss him always .

A great role-model growing up. He always carried himself with such self-esteem it instilled confidence in us at a young age. RIP James and condolences to Margie and the family
