Passed away peacefully at Calderdale Royal Hospital aged 56 years.

Beloved Son of Phillip and Susan, brother of Karen and uncle to Sophie. Taken far too soon.

Will friends please meet for the service at Parkwood Crematorium, Elland on Wednesday 10th September at 1.30pm.

Family Flowers only please but donations would be appreciated for The Dogs Trust for which a plate will be available after the service.
