Eleven years down the line and the pain is still as raw today as it was when your mum rang to let me know the unbearable news of your passing.

I can’t believe it has been 11 years since the day you left us. We miss you so much!! I talk to the kids about you and tell them stories about all the good times we all had. They know that Auntie Laura is the special Auntie that looks down on us and looks after us.

Miss you so much little sis. This time of year is filled with the sadness that you’re not here, a time which you loved so much. It’s also filled with much love and laughter as we remember the fun times too that we had. So lucky to have those memories of you. Love and miss you, Emma xxx
