Thanks to Coop Funeral Care, Chaddersdan, Louise and Michelle you will be forever in our hearts for all the love and care you showed to Tom and our family, nothing was to much trouble. To Steve and all at the Irish Centre, Thank you. Last but not least all the staff on NMU involved in Tom's care, special thank you to Tom, Fran and Alex who went the extra mile and brought a smile to Tom's face in the hardest time of his life, this family will love you forever, our Angels on earth.
