The obituary notice of Peter Robert (Bob) O'CONNOR

- [ ] Dad, Bob, Peter

- [ ] Thank you for all you have done as a father, best friend, co worker and advisor

- [ ] I allways said to myself a long long time ago - if you ever pass away these words would need to be said and so that have remained

- [ ] It’s a true man that i cannot ever be or have also never seen in life that leaves his family at 15 in the search of work with the main gain to help his brothers and sisters who were struggling

- [ ] I can honestly say you shaped me to the way I am today and also could never be the man that you were your whole life - one of a kind

- [ ] There are not many people in life that never have a bad word said against them (or on the odd occasion - excuse me mum ) as that makes a special person and
- [ ] I witnessed this first hand all my life

- [ ] You were the best father any man could be and I thank you and also said if I was ever lucky enough to have a son which I was (Liam) I would take your tried and tested model and make it better if that was was ever possible - so I keep trying thanks to you

- [ ] I also need to say an amazing heart felt thank you to my mother Mary and my sister Maria for their 24 hr support to Bob who without them would have been gone a long time ago - life changing but worth every minute - thank you

We miss you so much grandad. I’ll always remember the way you lit up every room with your stories and laughter. You were the most generous and caring man, and an inspiration to us all. Your love and laughter will always be in our hearts xx

You were an amazing man, generous and always making us laugh, even when you were so poorly near the end.
