BrianO'NEIL(Walker) Passed away peacefully with family by his side on Friday 9th January 2026 aged 87 years.

Dearly loved husband of the late Nancy, much loved son of the late Mary and James O'Neil and youngest brother of the late Leslie, Margaret and Laura (Queenie), a loving uncle and a good friend to many.

Funeral service at the West Road Crematorium on Thursday 22nd January at 1.15pm to which all family and friends are respectfully invited.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, may be made at the crematorium in aid of Shipwrecked Fishermen and Mariners Royal Benevolent Society.

The family would like to invite everyone to PTE Club, Byker to celebrate not only Brian's life but that of his beloved sister Queenie.

Queenie passed away on November 2nd, 2025, aged 89 years.

A private cremation was held.

Brian was a neighbour for over 30 years.
He became a very good friend and would check in on me offering lifts and making food.
He was a real genuine gentleman who will b sadly missed.

Brian was a neighbour of mine for over 30 years, he was always there for me taking me places in his car and making food for me, he was a pure gentleman and so kind and caring.
Sadly missed but in Nancys arms again 🩷🩵
