Dr Andrew CareyNORTONPassed away peacefully on Thursday 12th May 2022 at the Butterfly Hospice, Boston with his wife Pippa by his side. Aged 66 years. Andrew will be remembered by all his family, friends and colleagues from around the world. Funeral service will take place at Alford Crematorium on Thursday 9th June 2022 at 11am. Donations in lieu of flowers are in aid of The Butterfly Hospice Trust and may be left after the service or online at turnersfunerals.co.uk and click the donate button. I am sorry to hear so belatedly of Andrew’s passing. I have fond memories of working with him during the late 1990’s to extend and link risk and safety with the early initiatives in clinical governance . He was ahead of his time and very professional. I am sad and surprised at his death at such a young age. Rest in peace Andrew.
