JørgenNIELSENIt is with broken hearts that the family announce the sudden, but peaceful passing of Jørgen on 26th August 2023 aged 82.

Devoted Husband of 57 years and loving and wonderful Father, Father-in-law, Farfar, Morfar and Friend.

Funeral service to be held at St Giles Church, Leigh-on-Mendip at 12 o'clock on Friday 15th September 2023.

Family flowers only. Any donations for Parkinson's UK may be made via the box below or cheques made payable to the charity may be sent to Trotman Funeral Directors, Ashdene, Frome Road, Cranmore, Shepton Mallet BA4 4QQ.

We were very sorry to learn of the passing of Jorgen. We are sure that he will be sadly missed by you all. It was always a pleasure to see him when the opportunity arose at Parry's gatherings. Our thoughts are with you at this very sad time.

Dear Mary,
We were very sad to hear the news of Jørgen.

He was a wonderful man and very blessed with a beautiful family and life.

We are thinking of you today and remembering all the lovely memories we have of you both and your family when we had the Strode Arms.

We promise to call in the next time we are visiting Somerset.
