Michael will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Funeral service to take place on Tuesday 28th October at Heart of England Crematorium at 2:45pm.
No Flowers Please but donations, if desired, to Alzheimer's Society.
The family have asked for Smart/Casual Clothing but no Jeans or Hoodies please.
