MURIEL GRACE COOKMuriel's family would like to thank all her relatives, friends and neighbours for their attendance at her Thanksgiving Service, for their messages of condolence and generous donations to Sue Ryder. Thanks to The Revd. Susan Renshaw for conducting the service and Selim Smith & Co. for the funeral arrangements. Also, the family wish to extend grateful thanks to the whole medical team involved with Muriel's care, especially the Nurses from Stoke Road Surgery, Alpha Care Services and Sue Ryder's Hospice at Home for their great kindness and compassion.
