14 years ago today since you passed. I remember holding your hand as you crossed over to the other side.
It's a memory match with sadness and relief, know you were no longer sufferingand knowing that you would be seeing grandad again.

Would love to make a spiritual connect with you, grandad and also brother Michael.

Since I prepared to say goodbye,
But as I held your hand that night,
I whispered, please no longer fight.
I know you could hear me talk to you,
I said that grandad is waiting for you.
You made a noise and I shed a tear,
I believe that you could see him there.
I saw your soul leave & raise up high,
I knew right then it was goodbye.
But in my heart you are always there,
And everyday I feel you near.

Miss you everyday and grandad too
So when you visit bring grandad too
