Worked next to Barry on Walsall market he was a kind, generous, funny friend. We both remember and laugh about the Easter eggs piled so high with Barry serving at the top. Happy days. It’s a pleasure to have known you Baz, a true legend. God bless love Dave and Stella

Barry was a proper Market Man through and through, a day never went by when he didn’t make us laugh. Good and fond memories of our times spent working on Markets. Will never be forgotten.

I have been thinking of single words that sum up how I feel most people could connect with their memories of a truly genuine person.
LOVING CARING GENEROUS KIND FAITHFUL RELIABLE STRONG BRAVE HAPPY SMILING HUMOROUS MISCHIEVOUS FORGIVING

They all appear for me.
How many apply to you, and are there any more that I have overlooked?

Two phrases I will never forget
NO BONES IN JELLY
BRING OUT YER DEAD

He had no bad words for anyone, and I doubt if any person could have bad words for him.
He will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
All my love and respect
Rest easy Baz lad
