Stan was my brother, my only sibling and 10 and a half years my senior. We grew up in London with wonderful, loving parents. Stan was very much the cheeky chappie, well loved by his many friends, especially those from his time in the Army cadets and turned his hand to many jobs over a working life of 60 years. He worked in an ironmongers, gift wrapped Belgian chocolates and ran an off licence, where he learnt a great deal about wine . He was a
"clippie" on London buses, as well as many years as a chauffeur. He was a generous brother and uncle, as well as a much loved and loving dad to his 3 daughters. I will.miss him more than I can say. Sleep well, Big Brother. Much love Jan, Ian, Lucy and Kitty xxx
