Maureen AnnMORGANSMo passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd on Monday, 5th January 2026, aged 87 years. Mo was born in Leeds, moving to Blaenau Ffestiniog as a child where her father ran a catalogue clothing factory before she moved to Llandudno. Mo was a school teacher, then later had a holiday flat business and most recently worked at Asda before her retirement. She was a dedicated member of St John's Methodist Church, Llandudno.
Mo was the loving and devoted wife of the late Morgan Gwyn, a much loved Mum to Mark, Chris and Sarah and their partners Claire, Rachel and Ian and a treasured Gran to Daniel, Isaac, Oliver and Henry. She had a zest for life and made friends with everyone she met, and she will deeply missed by all who knew her.
Mo's funeral will take place on Monday, 26th January 2026 at 11am at St John's Methodist Church, Llandudno followed by a committal at Colwyn Bay Crematorium.
