Margaret Elizabeth (Peggy)MORANSadly announcing the passing of our mum Margaret (Peggy) Moran. Reunited so soon with her husband of 73 years, Anthony (Tony) Moran.
Peggy (nee Sayle) grew up in Boundary Lane, daughter of Bob and Sally, and lived 50 happy years in Gateacre. She was a gifted seamstress producing many weddings dresses and children's clothes.
After bringing up her family, mum was a dedicated and enthusiastic volunteer at the old Royal Hospital for 20 years.
Peggy will be missed by many, including her children Pauline, Robert, Toni and Colette; sons-in-law Graham and Jason; grandchildren Graham, Eloise, Kier and Lydia, Joe, Tony and Adam; plus her great grandchildren Isaac, Leo and Evelyn. She will also be missed by many of her carers from the last four years. Special Thanks to Laura, Remya and the girls from Avacare.
Funeral Mass will take place at St. Mary's Church Woolton on Tuesday 24th February 2026 at 12.00noon followed by committal at Springwood Crematorium.
