The devoted husband of Kathleen, loving dad of Nadine and Adrian, father-in-law to Derek and Linda, cherished and much-loved grandad to Jessica, Claire, Cheryl and Ciona, and great-grandad to his seven great-grandchildren. George’s funeral will be held on Monday, December 6 at 11.40am at Accrington Crematorium. Family flowers only please; donations if desired in memory of George to Cancer Research UK via cancerresearchuk.org or c/o funeral director Hillside Funeral Directors and Monumental Masons, Burnley Road, Accrington.
