I worked with Brian at Interlink in Cramlington. He loaded his van next to me every day and we bonded because he was new to parcel delivery. He thanked me for taking the time to "show him the ropes." I told him he was exceptional to succeed as 7 out 10 people who start in distribution fail. As a true friendship developed, extending to some hilarious nights out together in Newcastle, I came to know Brian as a warm, funny, hard working, totally lovable guy with many hidden talents. I wish I could hug him one last time. Thanks for doing my gutters my friend and sharing some of my happiest days. Looking forward to having a pint with you in the next life. Love and Best Wishes, Keith Littlefair

Brian my cousin , I still can't believe that you are gone. I have so many memories of being at your house as children. Playing (watching you and the boys) play scalextric in the living room and being allowed ice creams from your dad's van . So many happy memories with you, Eddie and Michelle. RIP and have a pint with your dad and Mark xxx

In loving memory of Brian Stephen Miley
1967 - 2025
I first met Brian on our very first day in middle school. I was made to sit at the front of the class, by the teacher, for chatting too much. Soon to be joined by Brian as punishment for the same crime! Although we were from different schools and had never met before, we hit it off and never looked back. Many years of friendship followed, through school and after into our late teens and beyond.
Holidays abroad and many a night in The Station pub and quite a few other bars followed with Brian and our circle of friends.
He was a good friend and always up for a laugh,if ever you were feeling down, Brian could put a smile on your face.
Even as we got older, and life took our friendship circle in many different directions, whenever I bumped into him it was as if we had spoken the previous day.
Brian, I will miss you always but I'm so thankful for the times and many happy memories we shared together. Love you mate

In Loving Memory of Brian Stephen Miley
1967 – 2025

Brian,

You were one of those rare souls whose presence would light up a room, whose laughter and humour could turn any ordinary day into something memorable. We grew up together, and in our friends group we walked to and from school together everyday, sharing stories, mischief, and our crazy dreams.

We laughed, argued, and grew up side by side through the years, when life felt simple and full of endless possibilities.

You were ambitious from the start, you always were chasing the next big idea, never afraid of hard work, and always believing that success was earned through persistence. Your drive, and that spark defined you. It inspired everyone lucky enough to know you.

We shared so many milestones, friendship, business, and life’s winding roads. Even when distance and years came between us, my bond, our bond never faded. I will always be grateful for that last time we met up, you came out to Killingworth Club, catching up as if no time had passed. You were still the same Brian, warm, funny, and full of ideas and plans for the future.

Thank you for being a friend throughout all of life’s changes. Thank you for the memories, the laughter, and the lessons in true friendship and perseverance. You will forever be missed, but will never be forgotten. Taken away too soon, Now rest peacefully, my friend.
