DavidMIDDLETONAged 84 years. Died 16th June 2024

Passed away peacefully at home after a long illness, surrounded by loving family.

Devoted Husband to Clare. Loving Father to Tony and Joanne. Treasured Grandad to Joe, Beth, Tom, and Dan. Also, a dear Father-in-law to Kim and Graham.

Funeral Service and Committal to take place at Southport Crematorium on Friday 5th July 2024 at 11am.

Thank you to Carers at New Directions, Queenscourt Hospice and District Nurses.

Family flowers only please. Donations, if so desired, will be gratefully received for Queenscourt Hospice in memory of Dave.

Rest in peace beloved Dave.

Well Dave it's coming up to our wedding anniversary on the 20th which is 63 years and I look back on our day with pride and love for you. I will be thinking as usual of you and missing you so much. Love always your wife Claire. ♥️ xxx
