Robert MichaelMENTHASadly passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Tuesday 17th March 2026, aged 85 years.
Loving husband to Brenda, Devoted father to Cathy, Michael, Mark and Robert.
Very proud Grandfather to Natalie, Daniel, Louisa, James, Chloe, Liam, Ellie, Zac, Harry and Scarlett.
Great Grandfather to Cerys, Oliver, Isabella, Noah and Sebastian.
Robert loved all sports and was particularly proficient in Badminton, Golf and Cricket, having played all competitively. Robert was also very proud to have represented Southport playing Rugby. He had a passion for Politics, especially American Politics.
Robert was an avid traveller, sampling foods from around the world, whilst enjoying cruise holidays.
He did however have a fondness for old fashioned Puddings and Pies!
Robert will be fondly missed by all his family, friends and anybody who knew him.
Funeral service to be held at Southport Crematorium on Thursday 9th April 2026 at 3pm.
