You’ve Just Walked On Ahead Of Me

And I’ve got to understand
You must release the ones you love
And let go of their hand.
I try and cope the best I can
But I’m missing you so much
If I could only see you
And once more feel your touch.
Yes, you’ve just walked on ahead of me
Don’t worry I’ll be fine
But now and then I swear I feel
Your hand slip into mine.

I would give the world if I could say
Merry Christmas to my Mum today,
To hear your voice, to see you smile,
Would be my dearest wish this Christmas time.

Thinking of you this Christmas
and how things just aren't the same.
There's this dull and nagging heartache
When someone speaks your name.
Sadly, we can't buy gifts for you
Just silent tears that fall
For this time of year without you
Is the hardest time of all.

Love you forever and ever Mum. Wish you were here. xxxx

Missing you every day Mum. Love you forever and ever.
I also wanted to say thank you to everyone who left a tribute for you and thank everyone who kindly donated money to Stallingborough Church. You raised a total of £250 in donations.
Stallingborough church is part of the Heritage Open Days. So, go and talk to Norman at the church and learn about the history of the church and the people of Stallingborough during the NE Lincolnshire Heritage Open Days this month. Thank you to you all xx

Auntie Peggy
I loved visiting you as a child always being treated to your delicious baking. Later as an adult being treated to afternoon teas when Di and I visited you. We would always say a cup of tea would do but no you would always put a spread on for us. You called me your birthday girl as we shared the same date and we never missed sending each other a card. God bless Auntie Peggy.
Love Julie, Glenn and Family. X

Dear Mum - You know I will miss you forever. You were the best Mum in the world, a great role model, teacher and my best friend. I miss your voice, our conversations, the weekly grocery shopping trips! and our special Saturday outings, but most of all I miss you. We had so many adventures together and I’ve had you for such a long time that I’m not quite sure how I’m going to cope without you. But it has given me great comfort when speaking to your friends to hear that they loved you too. You were amazing, kind, and generous. But most importantly I knew I was loved. I know I’ve got to let you go, but I really don’t want to. I will love you forever and ever. Lots and lots of love Mum. Night, night God Bless.

Your loving daughter Sharon xxxxx
