FrancisMCNAMARAFrank passed away peacefully on 16th March 2026 aged 104 years after three happy years at Ladysmith Care Home Grimsby.

Devoted husband of the late Dora for over 67 years, loving dad to Michael, Paul, Jane and the late Anton, dear father-in-law to Richard, grandfather to 7 amazing grandchildren and great-grandfather to 10 wonderful great-grandchildren.

Beloved by friends and neighbours, Mr Mac was held in high esteem by staff and by the thousands of customers he served in his shops in Convamore Road, Sandringham Road, Sutcliffe Avenue and Scartho from 1953 until his retirement in 2004.

A service to celebrate Frank's life will be held at St Mary on the Sea Church, Heneage Road, Grimsby, DN32 9DX on Friday 17th April 2026 at 12 Noon.

Frank is resting at Mashfords Funeral Home, Norfolk Lane, Cleethorpes, DN35 8BB. No flowers please by request.

Donations in lieu, if so desired, may be sent to Grimsby's food bank online at www.justgiving.com/charity/rockcommunityhub or by cheque made payable to "Rock Community Hub CIO" and sent to the funeral directors.
