Jack LloydMCLOUGHIN28/04/95 - 15/10/18 With great sadness the family announce the passing of Jack a much loved son, brother, grandson and friend. Jack took his rest on Monday 15th October 2018 at his home. A funeral service will be held on 1st November 2018 at 2.00pm at St Helens Cemetery Chapel, followed by interment at St Helens Cemetery. The family request a item coloured red is to be worn for the celebrations of Jack's life. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to R.O.O.F.
