A dearly loved brother, son, grandson, nephew, cousin, and great friend to many who will be missed greatly by all.
A celebration of Lachlan's life will take place at Grimsby Crematorium on Wednesday 22nd April 2026 at 12 noon.
No flowers please by request. Donations in lieu if so, desired may be made payable to Sheffield Children's Hospital ICU Ward and a collection box will be available at the service.
