Funeral service to be held on Wednesday 10th December, Requiem Mass to be held at St Francis of Assisi Church at 1pm, followed by committal in St Bede's Chapel, Teesside Crematorium. All are welcome to join the family following the service for refreshments at The Jack Hatfield Social Club.
