Committal Service at Sutton Coldfield Crematorium on Thursday 18th April at 1.00pm followed by a service of Thanksgiving at Four Oaks Methodist Church at 1.45pm. Donations preferred in lieu of flowers may be made payable to Parkinson's UK and may be placed in the collection box provided or sent c/o Ian Hazel Funerals, 274 Lichfield Road, Sutton Coldfield.
