We will miss you a lot, Laura. You were always there to support, guide & help us in all fronts of life. You had a positive attitude in life & would face any crisis with a brave smile. Thank you for all your contribution to hip fracture care since 2012.

Dear Pat, Jess Jack and all your wider family. Many condolences at the sad news of the passing of Laura. We were work colleagues for many years back in the day - shared the office, and of course the usual trials and tribulations of family, work and general everyday life each day. She was such a fabulous, fun and hard working colleague. It was around the time of her first diagnosis. She was so resilient and her strength so inspiring - nothing was going to stop her fighting on and she continued to make every day count. Always bettering herself so that she could make a difference to the people in her care. She was an expert and so knowledgable in her field of experience - first in vascular access and then in orthopaedics. Always passionate, always with high standards. A role model to look up to. Her passing is a sad loss, may your memories of good times give you some comfort at this difficult time, on for the times ahead x sending love. Sue McIlroy xx
