The dearly loved wife of the late John, much loved mum of Lisa and son-in-law Bruce, dearest sister of the late Kath and Elaine, a special aunty and a good friend to many.
A funeral service will take place at Our Lady & St Werburgh Roman Catholic Church, Clayton on Thursday 20th November at 11.30am, followed by cremation at Bradwell Crematorium. Relatives and friends wishing to attend kindly meet at the church.
Floral tributes welcome, or if preferred donations can be given in memory of Pat to the UHNM Charity. A donation collection box will be available in church.
