Patrick's Funeral Mass will take place at St Joseph's RC Church Blundellsands on Tuesday 13th June at 10.45am followed by cremation at Thornton Crematorium at 12 noon. Family flowers only please, donations are gratefully received to Dementia UK or The Alzheimers Society.
