Brian was my older and only brother. I don’t remember much from the early days as he was away. My main memories are in the 80s and 90s when he visited me and my sons, Dan and Sam his nephews in Brighton and Lewes. Then recently when I moved back to live in Warrenpoint. He was always very kind and with a sense of humour. RIP Brian.X

Rest in peace Brian, our much loved brother, uncle and great uncle. Many cherished memories of our childhood in Newry and later family get togethers. Sadly missed by sister Jenny, niece Fiona and nephew Gareth and their children

Brian was my older brother. He joined the rest of my older siblings in teasing the life out of me growing up. He was good fun and kind and did some diy for me. While he was doing the diy outside I slipped upstairs and could still hear him through an open window talking away - to who? We had different opinions on most things but a healthy respect for each other meant we never actually fell out and as the years passed the respect increased. I will miss him.
