Our wonderful Mum gained her angel wings on 28th September and while we will always miss her we will enjoy the memories she left within us. She was everything a Mum could be - kind and accepting of all. A great sense of humour, and she loved us with all her heart.
She was a gift to all who knew her.
We are so very grateful for the wonderful care she received from Five Rivers care home who became part of her extended family.
Mum requested an unattended funeral with a later date to be confirmed to celebrate her life.
